Mr. Nipan Henchokchaichana

Experience

Before joining ANS, Mr. Nipan Henchokchaichana was the Chief Analyst at The Office of Securities and Exchange, and before that, he was a Bank Examiner at the bank of Thailand. He has lectured at several universities.

Education and qualification

Mr. Nipan Henchokchaichana is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Accountant and Auditors of Thailand. He received his BBA (Accountancy), Graduate Diploma in Auditing and a MBA (Finance) from Thammasat University. He has also had several auditing and CPA works published.

Mr. Prawit Viwanthananut

Experience

Mr. Prawit Viwanthananut was formerly a partner in KPMG - Bangkok. He had been working for KPMG - Bangkok during December 1987 to June 2003. He has provided auditing services to various multinational companies.

Education and qualification

Mr. Prawit Viwanthananut is a Certified Public Accountant and a SEC Authorized Auditor. He received his BBA (Accountancy) from Bangkok University. He is also a member of Federation of Accounting Professions (FAP).

Mr. Suchart Jarusataporn

Experience

Before joining ANS, Mr. Suchart Jarusataporn was a Senior Department Manager for BASF Vita Limited.

Education and qualification

Mr. Suchart Jarusataporn is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his BBA (Accountancy) and a MS (Accountancy) from Thammasat University. He is also a member of the Federation of Accounting Professions (FAP).

Mr. Sathien Vongsnan

Experience

Before joining ANS, Mr. Sathien Vongsnan was the Deputy Financial Controller for Christiani & Neilsen (Thai) PCL, and before that, he was an Accounting Manager at Ericsson Thai Networks Co., Ltd.

Education and qualification

Mr. Sathien Vongsnan is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his BBA (Accountancy) from Thammasat University and a MBA (International Program) from Bangkok University. He is also a member of the Federation of Accounting Professions (FAP) and is a lecturer at Rajamangala University of Technology

Mr. Vichai Ruchitanont

Experience

Before joining ANS, Mr. Vichai Ruchitanont was the Finance and Accounting Director for Data IT Superstore Co., Ltd., the Corporate Planning Director at Belta Computer Co., Ltd., Finance and Accounting Director at Compute Tech Micro System Co., Ltd., Finance And Accounting Manager at Kangwal Textiles Co., Ltd., and before that, he was Senior Auditor at SGV Na Thalang Co., Ltd.

Education and qualification

Mr. Vichai Ruchitanont is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his LLB from Sukothai Thammathirat Open University, a BBA (Accountancy) and a MBA from Thammasat University. He is also a member of the Federation of Accounting Professions (FAP).

Mr. Amornpong Nualwiwat

Experience

As the ANS Consulting Director, Amornpong are responsible for the Company's consulting services include

• Accounting and Internal control system redesign.
• Risk Management and Internal Audit
• Organisation redesign
• IT implementation project management

Before joining ANS Business Consultants, Mr. Amornpong Nualwiwat was a Senior Manager at KPMG Advisory (Thailand) Limited, and before that, he was a MIS Manager at Thairung Union Cars PCL.

Mr. Thirdthong Thepmongkorn

Experience
Mr. Thirdthong Thepmongkorn was formerly a partner in KPMG - Bangkok. He had been working for KPMG - Bangkok during the years 1984 to June 2009. He had provided auditing services to various multinational companies, many banks and large listed entities.

Education and qualification

 

Mr. Thirdthong Thepmongkorn is a Certified Public Accountant and a SEC Authorized Auditor. He received his Master of Science (Accountancy) from Thammasart University and a MBA and Master in International Relation from the same university. He is also a member of the Federation of Accounting Professions (FAP). He has/had been in various subcommittees under FAP such as Ethic Setting, Accounting Standards, Qualified CPA Steering Committee and CPA Examination Committee.
